Marine and her team welcome you to the Domaine from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Here, you can discover all our available wines, from recent vintages to older ones. We are at your disposal to advise you and offer tastings to help guide your choices.
And to enjoy an unforgettable experience in the heart of a monument deeply linked to French history, we invite you to visit the Bastion, which has housed and aged our wines since 1750. Cooperage Workshop
Learn about how Burgundy barrels are made and their role in aging our wines, then savor the aromas and subtle nuances brought out by the barrel.

Throughout the winemaking season, in partnership with L’Art du Tonneau, we’re offering a unique introductory workshop on barrel-making.
– Discover the history of cooperage, the different types of oak, and the various stages of barrel-making, from the forest to its use in the cellar.
– Take part in a hands-on workshop to assemble a 228-liter Burgundy barrel—a fun and enjoyable experience.
– Learn about the final stages of barrel-making, from toasting to finishing, as well as their impact on wine aging and aromas.
– Explore the style of Chanson wines through a guided tasting of six wines from different Burgundy appellations.

This experience includes:
– Prestige Wine Tasting at Domaine Chanson: Discover six of the Domaine’s flagship wines during a guided tasting in the elegant Belle Époque setting of our historic family house, in the heart of Beaune.
– Lunch at Loiseau des Vignes (a 5-minute walk from the Domaine), consisting of a starter, main course, cheese, and dessert (drinks not included).
Valid for lunch from Tuesday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Upon request, we can also organize wine-paired meals at the Domaine to complete your experience. After visiting our cellar and enjoying a selection of our wines, you’ll be treated to a meal with pairings designed to highlight the unique character of our appellations and vintages.
